Conference Overview

Having taken place over the course of four days, the Women in Tech Global Conference (WTGC2023) fostered meaningful discussions through engaging Q&A sessions that followed impactful keynote presentations. The event boasted impressive industry representation, with over 1,000 esteemed C-level executives and leaders from renowned tech companies such as GE Healthcare, EPAM Systems, Toptal, Tata Communications, Celonis, Canonical, Zalando, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Mercedes-Benz, Blackline, Encora, and many others in attendance.

The Conference unfolded with distinct themes for each day. The initial day showcased the Chief in Tech Summit, while the subsequent day centered around The Key Tech Summit. The third day of the conference concentrated on Career Growth, and finally, the fourth day sparked discussions on crucial ESG matters through the Global Impact Summit.
