What are the benefits to having women in leadership??

Women tend to have strong emotional awareness, that they can bring to problem-solving. They also listen to challenges and process things differently for their employees, which can bring higher employee engagement through empathy and collaboration. I also think women are great at sharing their gratitude for employees which shows respect for their hard work and dedication.?

Empathy and Integrity. Empowering a team and being authentic with transparency and trust.?

What do you think are the biggest challenges facing female leaders today??

Although it’s improving, I still think we have a general challenge in the workplace around unequal pay. Career advancement opportunities can be harder to find, as can identifying and using trusted mentors.??

There are still perceived glass ceilings in many areas of business, but at HH Global we are given the ability to grow. The best thing I have seen recently is our WISE (Women In Search of Excellence) Employee Resource Group, which is aimed at growing, nurturing and mentoring women across the business.?
