The global landscape of STEM is thriving with innovation, leadership, and groundbreaking contributions from women. Yet, one challenge remains: how can we better connect these trailblazing women with platforms to share their expertise and inspire others? Enter the IEEE WIE Industry Experts Network, an initiative I’m thrilled to announce and be part of.

Over the past few months, I’ve worked alongside the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Industry and Entrepreneurship Committee to bring this vision to life. The goal is simple yet powerful: create a global platform where industry professionals, especially women in STEM, can engage with IEEE WIE members to foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.

What is the IEEE WIE Industry Experts Network? This network is designed to connect industry leaders, researchers, and professionals with the IEEE WIE community through events, panels, and mentorship opportunities. We’re calling on women in STEM who have expertise in areas like:

• Disruptive Technology
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Power and Energy
• Aerospace
• FinTech
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) …and more!

Whether you’re an experienced speaker, a thought leader in your field, or passionate about mentoring, this initiative is a chance to amplify your voice and make a tangible impact.
