Women are Rarely Raised with the Expectation of Power and Access

Think about it. Women are rarely raised with the expectation of personal power and authority, and the access that comes from living with confidence.

Not many think of us in those terms. Given this lack of vision it just follows that we’re rarely taught the basics of how to live from a place of power.

And we are hungry for this knowledge.

Many of us are gleaning what we can from the meme-strewn landscape that peppers us at every social media turn. And others are doing their best to amass as many randomized fix-it practices as possible from the self-help community and well-meaning mentors.

But this approach, even if it’s what we’ve got, is limited and prone to sowing as much confusion and overwhelm as communicating the real knowledge we need.

Which is why, despite the massive disruption of this moment, I’ve decided to launch an online school to share the fundamentals of personal power with women.

Because owning one’s personal authority and knowing how to act from a place of confidence and clarity is critically needed at this time, and more so for women. I say more so for women because we leap enthusiastically out of the starting gate of life to find ourselves already behind.

As a psychotherapist of twenty years and a life-long student of human nature, I have seen a pattern of gaps that most every woman I work with seems to have, and this despite some having achieved the upper reaches of success in their life and work.

And because these gaps occur in the foundational building blocks of personal authority, even a missing few are enough to create the feeling of living someone else’s life, or being on the wrong track, or not advancing in areas that truly matter.

Then there are the many women who are just not advancing at all.

I founded my school to speak to these concerns. The School of Dae Nova - my 3-month online immersive experience for women that shares the way to personal power and authenticity - is a sequential arc of learning. It takes women back to the very beginning and builds out the framework for living life on one’s own terms, with success, ease, vitality, and satisfaction.

It combines my decades long psychological work with women at all stages of growth, and my researches into traditional wisdoms with their contribution to enhanced performance.
