Women in Produce Mentoring Program

The CPMA Women in Produce Working Group has spent the last number of months developing the Women in Produce Mentoring Program. If you are a young professional and have considered working with a mentor from outside your company, then this is the program for you. If you have more experience and feel you can help mentor someone else in the industry, here is your chance to volunteer to share your wisdom and experience. ?

The deadline to apply is Monday, February 10, 2025. ? CPMA will use your preferences to help match mentees with mentors and the program timeframe will be six months. CPMA will provide a discussion framework to participants which will include sample introductory questions and guidelines for successful mentoring. ?
