Women Over 60 Are Still 'Hot'

WOMEN OVER 60 ARE STILL ‘HOT’

I’ve been noticing more media and news articles about women who are over 60 and still sexy, vibrant, fun, and contributing to society - I LOVE IT! Baby Boomers Still Rock and we continue to redefine aging – as we have for 50 years.

Just in time for the Super Bowl, the movie ‘80 for Brady’ features Rita Moreno, Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Sally Fields was released. It is about the fun “chaos that ensues as they navigate the wilds of the biggest sporting event in the country.”

The New York Times wrote about Grandmas modeling https://www.nytimes.com/2018/06/20/style/instagram-grandmas.html. “We are not going to be little old ladies sitting in a nursing home with blue-rinsed hair,” said Jenny Kee,?@Jennykeeoz, a 71-year-old Australian artist and knitwear designer. “Or if we are going to be in a nursing home, we’ll be there with our marijuana, our health foods and our great sense of style.”

‘Grace and Frankie’ features Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin and one of their new business ventures was a vibrator for women with arthritis.

I love all this because I talk about Cannabis and Hot Sex for Seniors. In fact, last week I was the featured speaker at the Farmacy Dispensary Senior Cannabis Fair in Santa Ana, CA. They provide a luxury bus to bring people to their dispensary from a local 55+ community. My topic ‘A Dry January Could Result in a Hotter Valentine’s Day.’

I discussed that there are three important ingredients for hotter sex; especially as we get older

·??????A lubricant

·??????A vibrator

·??????Cannabis

Even I was amazed how many women came up to me afterward and said “thank god for the Magic Wand” – the most popular vibrator for women. With a ratio of 6 women to 1 man in this community, many women are self-pleasuring.

SEX IS GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH because it releases natural hormones:

·??????Dopamine: Known as the “feel-good” hormone, dopamine is a neurotransmitter that’s an important part of your brain’s reward system. It’s associated with pleasurable sensations, along with learning, memory, and more.

·??????Serotonin: This hormone and neurotransmitter helps regulate your mood as well as your sleep, appetite, digestion, learning ability, and memory.

·??????Endorphins: These hormones are your body’s natural pain reliever, which your body produces in response to stress or discomfort. Levels may also increase when you engage in reward-producing activities such as eating, working out, or having sex.

·??????Oxytocin: Often called the “love hormone,” it can also help promote trust, empathy, and bonding in relationships. Levels generally increase with physical affection.

Also, there is finally research that cannabis appears to enhance sex for women:

·??????74.3% reported an increased sensitivity to touch

·??????50.5% said they were better able to focus

·??????69.8% said they could relax more during sex

·??????68.5% ‘divulged’ that their overall sexual experience was more pleasurable

·??????60.6% reported an increase in sex drive

·??????52.8% reported shared that they had?experienced an increase in satisfying orgasms

·??????65.7% reported an increased intensity of orgasms

·??????73.8% reported an increased sexual satisfaction

As many ‘older’ women, I still go dancing and have a good time – this usually includes cannabis. Dancing releases some of the same ‘feel good’ hormones as sex – good for one’s physical and mental health. But I must admit that after dancing, now I need to stretch, take a hot bath with Epsom salts, and ingest Holistik Wellness RECOVER, a CBD product that contains turmeric and ginger which reduce pain and inflammation - https://www.holistikwellness.com/collections/all-products/products/holistik-recover?variant=31227719417941

?

I’m looking forward to continuing the fun in February in the Desert. I will be speaking about ‘Cannabis and a Hot Valentine’s Day’ at a dispensary in Palm Desert (TBA) and will be a ‘booth babe’ at the Holistik Wellness exhibit at the Desert Woman Show - https://www.desertwomansshow.com.
