I am embarrassed that I did not know that today was International Women's Day--an appropriate day, though, to update our Mazzetti numbers.

We have made one adjustment to our reporting, based on Kim's interesting question last month. I have changed the column labelled "female as % of TECHNICAL staff" to BILLABLE staff, as explained in my response to Kim. I think this is better and more accurate. So, thanks to Kim, thanks to all.
