14 小时前Dear Sarah I recognize you for the interesting in touch this topic. And I can say that women are much more than a social title, I can speak from my own experience that women find in their weakness their true strength, to create extraordinary results, positively impact and be their best version for themselves for their family and society.

2 周I appreciate the perspective shared in the article, but I believe that work ethic, personal drive, and time management play a far greater role than marital or parental status. While single women may appear to have more flexibility; commitment and effectiveness at work depends on the individual. As a married mother, I attended many after-hours events but negotiated workplace flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments. Ultimately, all women—regardless of their marital/ parental status—bring unique strengths, life experiences, and perspectives that enrich their teams and contribute to success.

2 周Although I appreciate your perspective in this article, I personally disagree with this categorization of women. In my experience, I have seen women with children demonstrate greater flexibility in their professional lives than single women. While marriage and parenthood come with certain responsibilities, they do not necessarily define a woman's capabilities or career approach in my opinion.
