Women Leaders at Dell, Support and Deployment Services Leadership Program

I had the pleasure to be in the company of a phenomenal group of female leaders from across the globe in Dell's Support and Deployment team, attending a Women in Leadership Program in Cork, Ireland this week.

The program was facilitated by the wonderful Patty McManus and Deborah Rocco from Interactive Associates.

We've all heard Madeline Albright's (first female Secretary of State in the United States) quote "There's a special place in hell for women who don't support other women"? Well Madeline can rest assured, the polar opposite happened this week!

From Cork, Limerick and Dublin, Ireland to Europe, USA, Brazil and China, we had excellent content in the program, however what is more important, is that we had a common sense of purpose forming. We all wanted to support each other. In an industry that is actively advocating for more and more diversity of talent, we forged bonds, relationships and networks, that will support us on our leadership journeys.
