This week, the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. , celebrated the 2024 Women Of Influence Power50.?

Gathered at the prestigious Salamander Collection Hotel in Washington, D.C., owned by the esteemed female Black billionaire, Sheila Johnson, more than 450 attendees convened to commemorate the exceptional individuals comprising the 2024 Power50 class.
As the President and CEO of the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC), Ron Busby, Sr. stands as a paragon of leadership and dedication to the progress of Black business and community advancement. Thanking us for our work and service to further support and accelerate Black businesses, Ron embodies the true spirit of the organization.?
It's a profound honor to be acknowledged among the 2024 members of the U.S. Black Chambers Women of Influence Power50 and a further testament to the power of women.?
In the eloquent words of Kim Blackwell, a fellow distinguished honoree and speaker at the luncheon, ”A candle loses none of its light by shining upon others.”?
When we speak of #WomenSupportingWomen, I owe a significant portion of my success to the simple yet profound acts of kindness from women throughout my career journey. From Kathryn Jordan , who granted me my first role in sports PR at the Indiana Pacers, to Heidi Hovland at 福莱 , who hired me as an Assistant Account Executive, to Tenley Black, Julie Berman , and Tiffin Jernstedt who ushered me into Ralph Lauren, and to Marcia Cole , whose recommendation led to my first feature in Essence Magazine . These remarkable women, among countless others, have paved the path for me. I must also recognize the unwavering support of Talisha Hill Bekavac , Executive Vice President at the U.S. Black Chambers, a dynamic force who not only acknowledged our endeavors but actively championed them. She has been instrumental in highlighting the impact of our work and continues to amplify our voices within the entrepreneurial community.
