More employment opportunities is required to make women self reliant and independent. Proper security must be enforced in their workplace as well as in families. Their dignity should be upgraded in the society. Above all, awareness among the women is important for them to understand their rights. Because if they are conscious about their fundamental rights, only then women can be capable of fighting for it. Child marries, dowry system, superstitions prevailed in the society about women are the prime obstacles on empowering women. Hence these obstructions must be controlled or removed from the society. Both Govt. and individuals should work together to make it happen.
