Leadership has been defined by titles, hierarchies, and unspoken rules that were never built for us.
For too long, women in healthcare have been expected to work twice as hard for half the recognition while carrying broken systems on our backs. We are told to be resilient while the real problem goes unchallenged.
That ends now.
?? On International Women’s Day 2025, EmpowHER officially relaunches.
?? Not just as a magazine, but as a global movement for women in healthcare leadership.

This is for the women who are done waiting for change. We are not here to adapt to the system. We are here to rebuild it.
Why International Women’s Day 2025? Because Visibility Is Not Enough.
March is Women’s History Month, a time to honour the women who came before us. But honouring history means shaping the future.
Women make up 70% of the global healthcare workforce, yet hold less than 25% of senior leadership roles.
We do not need more panels, discussions, and corporate pledges about gender equality. We need action.
This relaunch is our response to that call.
