Women Culture@ People Matters
A year back I stood at the juncture, keen to experiment with my career choice, with HR as the centre of my life. To me happened one of the best things ever, an interview call at People Matters and finally an offer letter too! I was excited and nervous at the same time. From a typical HR role I was switching gears to content and special initiatives. I didn't understand the tricks of the trade in the beginning but gradually I did.
Today I feel lucky to have embarked on this journey because the organisation gave me the opportunity to find myself. I had to manage two city marriage, my families - my own and my husband's. People Matters seemed to be a dynamic place yet the flexibility and the space it offered to me to manage every aspect of my life was incredible.
At times 'work from home' proved to be the best benefit it could offer me! My role would give me the opportunity to travel to different cities and while on duty I could hear from the best minds in the HR gang, and meet my husband and my family too.Wow, the career choice started to make life more meaningful. I had everything...an awesome place to work, family, flexibility and happiness!
With more than 80% workforce being females, this place offers you career, exposure, confidence, space, security and flexibility. To top it all, it offers you the opportunity to meet the best ones in the HR fraternity and travel endlessly. What else would you crave for at your workplace!

8 年I have been invited in People Matters roundtable conversation for couple of times. As far as my experience goes these have been managed pretty professionally, which actually speaks about the people culture and motivation of the team ! You people are doing great job !

8 年You are a role model for young professionals, so determined and passionate - keep up the great work. I think that our culture is gender agnostic for People Matters, whether men or women, I believe we are flexible but yet focused and performance oriented. That is the future. Probably, your experience makes it seeing 'women' friendly but I would like to believe our culture has empathy, passion, and sharp performance focus, regardless of gender, age or any other difference :) Thanks for sharing your experience, warmly, Ester
