Emily Wilcox appointed CEO of TBWA\Chiat\Day New York ??
We’re delighted to welcome Emily Wilcox to TBWA\Chiat\Day New York as CEO from April 3rd. Emily Wilcox will help create the conditions for Disruptive creativity while driving growth for TBWA\Chiat\Day NY and its brand partners.

Be More Human with TBWA\Chiat\Day LA ???
Being more human is as much a part of our work as it is a part of our culture. Our humanity is why we reject business as usual. It’s how we see the conventions that need disrupting and build the visions that are worth our clients fighting for.
In the very first ‘Be More Human’ episode and to mark Women’s History Month, TBWA\Chiat\Day LA brought together a group of influential Pirate women for a riveting roundtable. They shared stories of their life experiences and of working as a woman in the wider advertising industry. They then discussed how these experiences have shaped their work today.

Imagine being told you can't do something simply because you’re a woman. Sadly, this reality exists in over one-third of countries worldwide.
Independent craft beer brand Muschicraft ("Pussy Power'' in English), in collaboration with HeimatTBWA\ , is confronting this issue head-on with "The Most Illegal Beer." This ale, brewed by women, symbolically breaks these outdated laws that exist in over 50 countries.
Sales of The Most Illegal Beer will raise money to support Women For Women International, a global organization that fights for gender equality.

TBWA\China’s executive creative director is a Woman to Watch ???
腾迈中国 ’s executive creative director Mo Chen has been named a ‘Woman to Watch’ by Campaign Asia-Pacific. Since joining the agency in 2015, her creative prowess has earned her numerous accolades, and Mo not only fosters a culture of high creative standards but acts as an inspiring mentor to her team.
Campaign Asia-Pacific says Mo’s “creative talent, agile mindset, and ability to lead diverse teams have propelled her to the top creative leadership role at the agency’s Shanghai office. Her accomplishments have not only elevated the agency's reputation, but have also made a significant impact on the creative landscape in China”.

The Great innovatorSteve Jobs, Founder of Apple , (which is famous for the Innovative Tech products, and a member ofFaang - 'The Big Tech giants of Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix , Google") had strong view on what products he wanted to build. He didn't believe in listening to hiAudience (customers). On the contrary, he argued that you shouldn't listen to what customers want, because they don't know What they actually want.
