Often in business you get faced with a crossroads - or maybe a fork in the road where you get to choose to either stay on the path you’ve been on with the people you’ve been on it with, or you get to take a different path to everyone else.
You might feel your business start to uplevel and it’s great because it’s this whole exciting new chapter opening up. But it becomes clear that the other people in your business circle are staying exactly where they are.
Sometimes it might be that you start making a ton more money than you have previously, or you expand your business team and you’re suddenly dealing with way more issues than you have done previously.
What I’ve seen time and time again is you start finding what really works and stop wanting to play games with everyone signing up to a big name marketing program, doing none of the work, getting none of the results and then complaining that that big name coach’s program is no good.
Some women can get stuck in that cycle for years online, and it’s a hard one because it is very peer-led, and can feel really companionate. Whereas when you start to step out of that and do your own thing, it can feel really isolating in comparison.
All of which is to say that sometimes you’re ready for a bigger pond, because you’ve actually outgrown your existing pond!
And that can feel overwhelming but it’s a really great place to be.
What do you want in your business?
If you find yourself shifting to thinking about what feels realistic and making things smaller or further away - resist that temptation and open yourself up to possibility.
What could your business be like this year?
What could your life be like as a result?
When you really start to tap into what you are capable of in your business, you can very quickly get to a place where you realise the possibilities are limitless. That is literally the name of my newest coaching program - Limitless - because we are taking the lid off your potential success. If you’d like to hear more, get in touch with me today.
And let me know in the comments, do you want to keep playing the same game as everyone else or make your own rules and reap the rewards?
Free Report - The Six Elements of a Seven Figure Consulting Business
I've created a free PDF report called The Six Elements of a Seven Figure Business. It’s my most popular free resource and in it I outline the 6 areas of unscaled businesses that need to change in order to move past being ‘booked up and burned out’ and shifting into that higher gear that gets you cruising again.
It’s the framework that helps consultant women like you find their feet and get back to leading the business, rather than being buried in client work and back-end business operations.
