Women so often work at a lower level than they are truly capable of. It feels safe and non-threatening to not risk leaving your comfort zone, but after several years it also starts to feel boring and frustrating. You’re capable of more.

And this is often the point where women reach out to me, because they’ve started on their own growth journey and it’s often the personal growth that happens first. You outgrow your safe and easy contracts, and you start to aspire to more. Bigger contracts, higher price points, working at a deeper level on delivery, or sometimes pulling back from delivery and bringing in other people to serve your clients.
