Women in Change ANZ: A New Chapter Begins! ??

Women in Change ANZ: A New Chapter Begins! ??

Change isn’t just something we lead—it’s who we are. And for too long, women driving change have been doing so in silos, stretched thin, navigating complexity without a space that truly understands their journey.

That changes today.

I’m beyond excited to announce that Women in Change (WiC) is officially launching in Australia & New Zealand, in partnership with Women in Change UK! ??Powered by the Transformation Leadership Institute

Why Women in Change?

Let’s be honest: leading change can be exhilarating, exhausting, and at times, isolating. Whether in corporate, business, or community leadership, women in change often find themselves carrying heavy loads, pioneering new paths, and creating impact in spaces that aren’t always designed for us.

But change leadership should not be a solo journey.

That’s why Women in Change ANZ exists—to bring together a powerhouse of women leading, driving, and shaping transformation across industries and sectors. This community is about:

? Real human connection – A space where we see, support, and uplift each other.

? Cross-industry learning – Because change is universal, but how we apply it is powerful.

? Shared experiences & best practices – So we don’t have to reinvent the wheel alone.

? Strength in numbers – Because together, we amplify our voices, impact, and influence.

Women in Change is a network, a movement, and a home for those of us who are not just managing change, but making it happen.

Join Us for the Virtual Launch Event ??

To celebrate this next chapter, we’re hosting a special launch event on April 10th, 2025!

I’m honored to be joined by a powerhouse panel of transformation leaders, who will share their insights, experiences, and perspectives on what it truly means to lead and embed lasting change:

? Tanya Graham – Group Executive, Digital & Transformation at icare, Australia

? Jen Dolden – Managing Consultant at Escient Australia & Founder of Women in Projects Australia

? Barb Grant – Principal Change Advisor, NZ Transport Agency & Change Management Mentor

? Dr. Jess Tayel (that's me!) – Founder, Transformation Leadership Institute | Global Change & Transformation Leader
