Reports / Studies??
Key findings highlight public companies’ slow progress in advancing gender diversity on U.S. corporate boards.
AS OF THIS YEAR’S FIRST QUARTER, MARCH 31, 2024, ONLY 30.7% OF THE 587 NEW BOARD POSITIONS WERE FILLED BY WOMEN.
When new board positions open, the likelihood of a woman being nominated to serve on the board is less than half, indicating that gender parity in the boardroom is still not considered an even possibility.
