Women Breaking the Bias Within and Beyond the Corporate

We certainly have come a long way in the fight for gender bias, but the triumph is long due. The world now celebrates how the ladies are stepping up to play every role and any role they are challenged with.?

At Octal IT Solution , we celebrate the diverse representation of women, and the emotional intelligence they bring to the table. The creativity and innovation these fearless and confident beings bring forward break the bias against the men here. The role of women in the past couple of years has been unworldly in the workplace. They have shown immense strength and companionship in dealing with the pressure and challenges put forward by possibly the worst time of the decade. To be honest, it took us a while to realize women in the corporate domain were considerably more burned out than they were in the COVID-19 pandemic as compared to their male counterparts. I would take this as an opportunity to acknowledge and thank the women to stand by us in the tough times.

Despite this, female executives stepped up to support employee well-being as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion activities, but their efforts were rarely recognized. Despite the added stress and tiredness, women rose to the occasion as stronger leaders and took on the additional responsibilities that come with it.

I am proud of every woman who has been defying the odds every day and moving forward in the direction of their dreams. From being a bundle of joy to their families to sisters to friends to life partners to homemakers, they play so many roles that sometimes they forget who they really are. They are loved, tested, taken for granted, overlooked and yet they continue to being themselves with that broad smile on their face.?

In no words can I express the pride the women bring in me and all the men around.?

This International Women’s Day I want to express my ecstasy and gratitude to all the ladies associated with the organization directly or indirectly.???
