Are Women Better Leaders Than Men: A Book Synopsis

No doubt, emotional intelligence will be the new future of work. Daniel Goleman, the king of emotional intelligence, supports my position here. Likewise, I have known for some time that it is actually quite dangerous not to lend a hand to women's equality. In terms of women in business, we have to do more to make up for the dirt we poured down by ignoring how good women leaders can be. This is real science. Therefore, my thesis and model for writing a book titled above will appeal to many readers. And I also look forward to creating new emotional intelligence principles for new work in the future.
In my book, I cover not just the move on women in business equality agenda, but also evaluate how we can all become better leaders. It seems that social media often spells out the word - bad leadership starts at the top. This is horseshit, as the Americans say. As a new culture of cancel culture and all the complexities of the modern world, including the danger mouse in Russia, I cannot ignore any longer the fight of men thinking they are better leaders. This is a new research that I feel needs to be applied to a modern business problem.
As for this breath of fresh emotional intelligence leadership practice, I intend to write 13 chapters. I like 13 because it is an odd number. In the early chapter, we will examine emotional intelligence in its raw form without the pop psychology. No offense intended to any leading psychologists whom I already respect and admire - the agenda here is to educate males and females alike that we can be equals at work for once and for all. Sometimes it's just about letting the more experienced leaders lead. (Female)

This book won't be easy to write. How can I top Daniel Goleman's work? I can't. As I write this saga, I hope the readers remain with me along the long, sandy beaches I shall be traversing. This is what I intend to do from start to finish. I believe that God is with me on this one, and I sincerely hope that you the publisher are too.
With my bloody ring again stolen by the dark forces of Saruman, I can make you take me on as a new and aspiring writer. I have just a little humour to drop on this top book that is coming soon to a theater near you. That would be a great blockbuster film about women leaders. This book will be a great story, just like the new movie Top Gun: Maverick. Then a new power for equality arises. As long as I can accept this challenge to write this book, so can you.
I would be delighted to be your next writer - if you don't, someone else will.?

2 年Interesting indeed! And I’d say depending on situation yes and no; and I’ll refer you to Rudy and kiplings’ poem: “ the female of the species is more deadly than the male! I rest my argument there yes females can lead better, an some can not
