WOMAN WATCH COLLECTING MASTERY…

Most people think watch collecting are for men, women wear watches as a jewelry piece, but the truth is there is a full line of the most exclusive luxury high end watches for women that are designed specifically for women to collect, lets jump right into this.

As Ive written in the past, most watch companies try to differentiate between men and women only by size, while this is good that you can get smaller sizes watches or bigger depends on the hand or couple matching watches, it is flawed because men and women have different opinions on looks, feels, and designs, adding a few diamonds or rubies does not cut it.

JWLRYMACHINE MB&F

If you know me, you know I love MB&F and everything Maximilian Busser stands for and products they produce, especially when it comes to woman’s watches MB&F has Mastered some solid looking and collectible pieces, no they are not daily beaters but they were not made to be this way, just to wear it at a holiday and weekend.

For starters the “JWLRYMACHINE“ purple has caught my eye as it looks like a owl, but not just looks there is a heart underneath the one piece cut out amethyst or rose quartz which beats constantly also the eyes glow while the inside rotates showing the watch, you have a 18k gold, while the diamonds are approx a karat and almost six karats of sapphires or rubies, and while you think its just some beautiful looking piece, there’s actually almost 400 components in the movement itself besides the watch.

MB&F x EMMANUEL TARPIN LM FLYING T ICE & BLIZZARD

Another watch from MB&F would be LM flying T which was made either with Emmanuel or Bulgari which both are high jewelry pieces and are truly collectible made in very limited quantities and you can’t really get it, while the pricing is over 100K, that being said, the collab with Emmanuel is much more to my liking and can be worn much more often than the Bvlgari .

When you look at the watch you see a phenomenon which no other watchmaker has ever figured out in the past which is to set movement on the dial, and more than that the time display is on a vertically tilted to a degree that you can see the watch looking from the side, but not to much that you can look from the top as well, the same as fragile enough that you don't wear it every day, sturdy enough to be banged up by a wedding, and hold on for the price $185,000.

Vacheron Constantin éGéRIE MOON PHASE

On a lighter note from one of the most prestigious watch companies as Vacheron Constantin I was very happy to see a beautiful woman’s watch that is elegant and sporty, which does’t have all the trades of a mans watch made in smaller like most integrated bracelet watches, the “éGéRIE MOON PHASE” is a classic 37mm rose gold, with diamonds surrounding the bezel, and moon phase inside, the Breguet numerals are truly lovely and the white textured dial speaks volume, while it does not have 400 components in the movement, it does have almost 200, and you can get it for as low as 40K which I think is a great collectible watch. And can be paired with anything.

Vacheron Constantin éGéRIE MOON PHASE

I can write about woman’s watches all day as there is a lot of them and I think the generation became so blinded by trying to make the world non binary that we are losing the touch of a feminine watch, and everything is AP Royal oak with rubies or Rolex Daydate but smaller with a presidential bracelet. Last but not least a true collectible is Patek Philippe Gondolo 7041R.

Patek Phillipe Gondolo 7041R

The Gondolo has not been successful for Patek, not because it isn’t a amazing watch but because the other pieces took off very well, but the 7041 is a woman’s watch which is square square which I love, corner cut diamonds to make the dial round while having a mother of pearl dial, with a small seconds.

Patek Phillipe Gondolo 7041R

This watch is what Patek stands for, manual winding which is king in watchmaking, sucks for someone that’s not a watch person, with a massive solid movement which Patek is known for this you can’t go wrong plus this is a forever piece and will be kept for generations to come.
