Woman King or Drag Queens

?What does society want women to be? How do they want women to identify themselves? Why are gender roles in existence if they are not being respected? While sex is the determination of whether a person is biologically male or female, gender is the sociocultural determination of understanding of what it means to be a man or a woman. Women are expected to be nurturing mothers and caregivers. While this may not sound too bad, they are also expected to be breadwinners.
How can this be realistic for the traditional family structure in today’s time? This has caused the system for women to be excessively burdened with society expectations. What is a gender role? According to most researchers and historic academic men opinions and findings gender roles are based on biological births. Gender roles in society means how people in their gender are expected to act, speak, dress, groom, and conduct themselves based upon their birth.
Traditionally men are masculine, they are expected to show attributes such as strength, power, and competitiveness, and less openly emotions and affections. Women are expected to dress in feminine ways, be polite, accommodating, and nurturing. Do you believe that gender roles are bad because it is a false representation of a gender’s action? Do you think that gender roles are used to create glass ceilings??Do you think women are used as cheap labor? Most people believe that women are not valuable in a society when they do not bring income to the household.
Society must understand that by identifying a female as a king they are saying she is equal to a male. Men are Kings, true or untrue? Is being called Woman king an opportunity for women or a false perception for opportunity? In the same context what does being a Drag Queen mean? In the most basic understanding a Drag Queen is a man who dresses up as a woman in order to perform. Again, men used to play women's parts because women weren't allowed. But for the true purpose of this article drag will be defined in slang version meaning “lazy.”?
A Queen is understood to be a woman who is married to a king or any woman who is considered to be the best at what she does or a woman who rules a country because she was born into a family which by tradition or law has the right to rule.?What if a woman just wants to stay home and not labor outside of her home should she be labeled as a Drag Queen? Which is a lazy woman that is doing her best at nothing! Is she being a menace to society because she is not financially contributing to the economy? Being a woman brings many oppositions that has led to women feeling hurt, embarrassed, and traumatized.
Society should realize that opportunities for women open doors for everyone by understanding, supporting,?the need?for education, and income opportunities. If you have read the Bible it will share many unfolding stories of Jesus interacting with women. Also in Proverbs 14:1 this verse is speaking about a woman building a house, so why are roles important in 2023? Women should be respected for the variety of roles as mothers, daughters, wives, ministers, judges, teachers, missionaries, lawyers, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, journalists, truck drivers, doctors, Mayors, Chief of Police, and much more. Women overall can transform their nations, states, cities, and communities.
Most importantly rural women are the tangible role models in supporting their households and communities in generating income and improving rural quality living and overall well-being for their people.????Gender roles will change depending on where you live but through movements, peaceful protesting, and advocacy, against gender roles society may one day be able to break free of harmful stereotypes imposed on both men and women.
Despite gains in representation over the years, women and especially women of color are still dramatically underrepresented in America. Who should be responsible for addressing inequitable gender roles issues? Should the government and society share the responsibility of eliminating gender role barriers to help balance the economic justice system??Gender equality policies and laws should reflect diversity and inclusion that value women working inside and outside of their home.
Policy makers should challenge outdated gender roles expectations. It is proven that empowering women, even a Drag Queen will make a huge difference in the economy. This can ensure equality for women and increase female representation in every position of leadership.
