The Woman Behind KO Business Solutions

Women’s history is full of trailblazers in the fight for equality, and as Women’s History Month is celebrated throughout March, we need to shine the light on the Woman Behind KO Business Solutions, Brianna Nicholson. As our Founder & Partner. Brianna is most definitely one of today’s most powerful business leaders and equality advocates.

Today, two-thirds of KO Business Solutions is owned by women. Mother-daughter duo, Victoria and Brianna Nicholson, founded the business in April of 2016. It was Brianna’s initial vision that laid the foundation for the origin of KO, and she has many more ideas for the business’ future. Brianna’s 10 plus years of professional experience in managing multiple client projects, high staffing volumes and call center teams of upwards 150 employees has made her uniquely qualified to tackle the consultation of businesses experiencing inefficiencies and the solutions offered by KO.

Today, Brianna is responsible for operationalizing the strategic objectives of KO’s three principal revenue verticals: Project Management/Staffing, Call Center Outsource and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). With Brianna at the lead, KO Business Solutions is likely and able to find a custom solution for nearly any problem a business is faced with, be it staffing, customer-focused, or procedural. Brianna’s goals remain to analyze current and past clientele portfolios, identify niche problem areas, and strategize umbrella solutions that can be tailored to meet any business need.

Without Brianna's initial vision, KO Business Solutions would not be possible. She's taken the business above and beyond, and created an inclusive, diverse culture for clients - and staff. KO's client portfolio consists of serving businesses throughout various industries, from transportation, higher education, top entertainment, leadership development and more. Her staff consists of full-time, part-time, seasonal, field employees and others. It's vital to her that KO employees are supported in their work and their life.
