WMS App - Data Inquiry

We have come across a lot of scenarios, on customers asking for different type of search criteria on WMS mobile app, which helps the warehouse managers or supervisors or workers to search data on the app instead of going to back office.

Microsoft has enabled the data inquiry capability on WMS app through standard entities.

Just adding some set-ups on this blog to showcase the capabilities.

1. Mobile device menu item with Mode: Indirect | Activity Code : Data Inquiry activates the selection of Table names or entities helps to create the search feature on WMS app

2. Add edit query to create search criteria

3. Add the display fields or info fields through field list

4. Add the menu item to WMS menu

5. Search is available on WMS app
