We are able to paste 0201 components and 0.3mm pitch BGA. The maximum size of pasted PCB board is 510mm*460mm including single/double sided boards, multilayer boards, HDI, impedance and blind-buried boards.

The IQC, IPQC, OQA team should strictly follow production instructions to continuously optimize manufacture processes, improve percent of pass and assist customers in finishing DFM. Meanwhile, they should inspect each process according to corresponding process specifications to ensure good quality before packaging .
