Let's stop making it more complicated than that.

If you want to be an entrepreneur, you NEED to prioritize having a general understanding of the fundamentals of running a successful business, including simple things like; building a business plan, financial management, marketing, and operations.

If I am being honest though, throughout my years in the financial world (not to be mistaken for the wizarding world) and navigating entrepreneurial circles, I witness a LOT of business owners who remain completely in the dark about how to run their own businesses. They keep "chugging along" hoping that things will magically balance out and run efficiently, the way they need to. If you want to see an example of this, there is a LuLaRoe documentary that is pretty insightful.

The question I always find myself asking is "why?" Why start a whole business if you only want to do a handful of things? Why not just work for someone else? Why put so much of your time into building something without any foundation? I beg of you, don't be that person.
