This month I'll share some new feature updates from Wix.
Place Add to Cart buttons over product images to showcase more items
Have more control over the real estate in your clients’ product galleries by placing the Add to Cart button over the product image. Use it to free up space and shorten gallery heights to let more products shine above the fold and increase sales with a sleek and modern feel.
Wix Studio: Drag and resize padding directly on the canvas
Spacing your elements just got smoother. You can now intuitively set and resize padding on the canvas by dragging it. Work on one side at a time, or hold down Shift + arrow up, down, left or right to adjust the padding on multiple sides at the same time.?
You can also hold Shift + Command/Ctrl to drag the padding on all 4 sides at once. For even more precise control, you can set explicit values as usual.
Wix Studio: Header scroll effects just got a revamp
You can now add header scroll effects and transitions more efficiently with a new editing experience. To try it out, select a site header and use the Inspector panel’s new Header settings to quickly add effects.
From the scroll effects dropdown, you can add new effects that make headers freeze, disappear, fade out and change colour as site visitors scroll. Unsure of what to choose? Hover over the options to view an animation of each one.
Wix Studio: Search the Layers panel to find what you need on the Studio canvas
Save time searching for sections, cells or elements in your design by searching for them in the Layers panel.
Type the element name or ID into the search bar to instantly find and select what you’re looking for—then get back to designing.
Wix Studio: Add a blend effect to site elements without using CSS
Discover the new Blend Mode feature in the Inspector panel. It lets you add blend effects to text elements and images, to create unique and playful visuals with depth and texture.

Images or text can now blend with the layer beneath them, creating new and striking colour combinations when they overlap.
Simply click Blend Mode to explore a range of 10 different blend effects, including Darken, Lighten, Overlay and Hue.
Wix Studio: Get complete scaling control for bigger breakpoints
With Max Width, you can stay in control of elements when browsing sites on wider screens. Ensure your designs keep the precise look you want no matter how big the screen is, so you can present your work on any device without breakpoint breakdowns.
Set your responsive size limitations in the Site Max Width panel. Apply the width value to all sections or customize it to suit your needs.
Wix Events: view and manage events more easily in the dashboard
Wix have improved how events are displayed in the site dashboard so it’s more efficient to navigate and manage them.
Events are now displayed in a table view, so you can get a clearer overview of them. You can also customize which columns are displayed so you can see event status, registration status and other information at a glance.
