That's right, it was all about WITTY with Wendy last week!

Clever and fun and timed just right.

From the Old English "wittig" having wisdom.

For May YAY Movement week three we got W I T T Y!

All month we've been unwinding the tensions of modern life, the tightness from hunching over desks and devices.

The first week of May YAY started with your big Y.

Week two added more YAY to every day.

Last week the shoulders opened in 3 new ways...

  • W - From big Y let your elbows drift down just below goalposts to form a W
  • I - Turn the palms toward one another as arms lift up overhead close together by the ears forming a big I
  • T - Open wide out to the side in a great big T... first T with palms up, the second palms down.

What a wonderful way to be releasing muscles and connective tissue all around the shoulders into the back and up the neck.

Opening, unwinding, exploring your range, expanding, enjoying...

YAY for More Movement in More Ways throughout Each Day
