What about your experience before joining NORDSEE Austria?

I spent several years within the industry in different positions and companies, mostly in Controlling, Operations or HR. Actually, I’ve already worked at NORDSEE Austria a couple of years ago, where as a District Manager I was responsible for half of the Restaurants in Austria. So, it feels great to be back and now to be able to lead such a valuable company.?

What changed when you came back?

It is difficult to compare because of the pandemic and other happenings that changed the whole industry a lot. Which makes it very important to continue to move forward while adapting to changing market conditions and to stay ahead during the ongoing transformation.

What is your role about?

As the Managing Director of NORDSEE Austria I’m still very well connected to Operations, which I consider to be key for success. Behind giving the company a strategic direction considering marked trends and consumer preferences, it is very important to be in good exchange with all employees and departments. Without a great team, as we have it at NORDSEE Austria, my contribution would not be as well.??

What was QSRP’s involvement in the positive direction you went so far?

The platform has definitely a great impact! We work together as a team and benefit from an open exchange of ideas and knowledge.

What exactly are you referring to?

Well, it’s the contact you have to people from different companies and cultures that are so important. Whether it is about certain projects, that are already a success in other markets or simply if you need some advice from or exchange with people that share the same mindset and love for the industry.

Also, it is great for everyone to see the possibilities we now have within the group when it comes to mid- or long-term career planning. This has changed a lot since NORDSEE became a part of QSRP.?
