It’s right there, written on your face. The book cover of you. In your eyes and on your face is the invitation to connect and engage. But you have to choose that as your intention. Setting an intention affects the dynamic of a photograph. This occurs between the photographer and the person being photographed. The photographer stands in for the world, who will one day witness the photograph.

That, is the photographer’s  job. Not to take your picture but to be the witness of your intention to engage with the world. In this way social media becomes the gateway to connection, not a place to hide, but a portal into you and your story.

Together we can create more than just a document. These are not passport photos that merely verify identity, but vital clues into your heart and soul. If you honor me with this privilege, I will be your witness.
