Ms. Sicelo Dube is a Mandela Washington fellow, a young leader championing education, girl empowerment, and entrepreneurship in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The STEM Lady is a member of the STEM expert knowledge network under the office of the United Nations Office of the Adviser to Africa. She is the Zimbabwe Science Ambassador and award winning Science entrepreneur, the founder of LEC Biotech, a company she started at 23 to grow Scientists for the future generation through building and equipping science laboratories and spearheading capacity building for science educators, especially in rural schools.

Mica Syjuco is the Global Agile Capability and Delivery Director at multinational company Avanade, the joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture. She was the first woman to take on the role of Global Head of DevOps and Agile Coaching at the organization. She is a member of Avanade's A.I. Governance Council as well. For her proven track record and leadership in advancing opportunities for women in technology, she was recognized as a Finalist and included in the Shortlist for Woman of the Year in 2023, and Advocate of the Year in 2022 and 2023 at the prestigious Women in IT Awards USA.
