"...and without the sponsors, there would be no Rockstars!... #NZCIO Summit"

I love events, I love networking, and I run my own events now having learnt a thing of two selling sponsorship to the CIO Summit, and then Tin, the Connectivity, then SaaS, the Agile Development, then Workforce Automation, then... so I know what it is like from all angles. And I'm going to share a few angles with you as I share some of the sponsor photo's.
Above, pretending to be rockstars, and the sponsors and CIO's are the real stars (not me), are Ellie House (who actually looks like a real rockstar centre stage), and Ron Pher on lead putter where I got a fresh coffee and a good laugh while hobbling round in a moon boot.
It Snow's inside
Here at the end of the 2nd day (as already posted) "is the melting Snow stand with Kate Barclay and Duncan Stewart whom I had a good laugh with about Australian accents, a took a few good verbal shotsm eh digger.
How fast can you Rubik a Cube?
Irene Direnko-Smith a Strategic Solution Consultant, David Dewse National Solutions Architect, Michal Lindsay Solutions Architect and SDM for FujiXeroX are all sharing their solution to the rubiked cube. I took a pristine one, but wont be mucking with it ;-)
"A Russian, an Indian and a Kiwi walk into a tech event and are given a test..."
Yeah, so good jokes we're never quite my forte, but I couldn't resist that one and the only test I might win is a blind beer tasting as Dmitry Lyfar is an accomplished developer and Vishav Preet is a master of software testing...
The 3 wise men...
I actually didn't recognise grant, and neither did he recognise me. Grant Newport Managing Director of SQL Services bought a fullpage casestudy advert in Computerworld through me in 2006 and here we were today 10 years on looking at each others name tags, "We meet again...", along with Simon Browne Managing Director of DDS and Tony Wilcock (not Woodcock ;-) although I'm sure he's as safe a pair of hands as BDM for SQL and thats a Double TLA to close this session out on for now.
More over the weekend.
Cheers
