Without a plan we're simply guessing!

This week I caught up with Leigh Hopwood, CEO of Call Centre Management Association (CCMA) to discuss how we can align both our organisational plans as we’re getting excited for the upcoming UK National Contact Centre Awards where we are sponsoring ‘Most Authentic Approach to Diversity and Inclusion’.

We also had Helen Boyd and Hannah Coffey from Smartworks Newcastle visit our Quorum Park HQ to plan how we can help more women into employment across the North East. We’re thrilled to continue our support for this amazing charity that gives women the confidence, self-belief, and practical tools they need to succeed in interviews and start a new chapter of their life - ?we can’t wait to share with you how we plan to put our expertise and skills into practical support.

This week has been one for Planning – a presentation to a potential new client due in a couple of weeks, a recruitment process diagnostic for a new RPO client, and attending an offsite strategy session with the senior leadership team – here’s us outside the fabulous Jesmond Dene House.

Those close to me, whether personally or professionally, know the importance I place on planning. I need to know the direction I’m heading, the route I’ll take, who or what I need to take with me, consider any obstacles, and prepare for a Plan B. Without a plan we’re simply guessing!?
