Legendary Alabama coach, Paul “Bear” Bryant said “If anything goes bad, I did it. If anything goes semi-good, We did it. If anything goes really good, then you did it. That’s all it takes to get people to win football games for you.”
Practice that attitude always,
Especially when things are not going well,
And your team will rally together because
They want you to succeed.
In short, humility breeds humanity. Today's corporate environment it is essential to appreciate and speak we might say we had a diverse team with ample resources and we are thankful for the opportunity to compete.
A sense of humility is essential because it authenticates a person’s humanity. Humility, true humility does not mean undervaluing yourself. It means valuing others and allows us of being courteously respectful of others and value their ideas too. It is the opposite of aggressiveness, arrogance, boastfulness, and vanity.
Rather than,”me first,” humility allows us to say, “No, you first, my friend.” Humility is the quality that lets us go more than half way to meet the needs and demands of others.
Humility is not a touchy-feely politically correct, Nice-quality to have.
It is a skill that has a direct impact
on the bottom line of everything you do.
