Without a goal, it's difficult to score!

Setting goals in your life is more important than setting goals in your business. Why? Because otherwise, you're setting your business up to run your life instead of the other way around.
Why might you want to set goals for your life and your business??Well, if you can visualise how you'd like your life to look, you can set your business up to deliver that life. And, when you set goals, when you write them out and say them aloud, your brain will start to think of ways to help you achieve them.
So start with your life goals. Ask yourself, 'What is my biggest goal? What is the most important thing that I want to accomplish that I haven't been able to so far in my life? And, how would I feel inside if I achieved my goal today?' Just imagine how you would feel if you had already achieved that goal.
When they set goals for their business, most people say something vague like, I'm going to grow my sales to x or by x. And that's literally their only goal.?
I usually recommend setting goals around your key performance indicators in your business, for example:
You can have multiple goals under each, but too many may be unrealistic. So how can you tell which ones to prioritise? Ask yourself, 'What would the consequences be if I don't achieve this goal? Think about what would happen if you didn't achieve your goal.?A good rule of thumb is to only focus on goals with significant consequences if you don't finish them.

Celebrating Wins
So often in business, we have little wins that move us towards our big goals, but because they're not MAJOR wins, often we don't take the time out to celebrate.
Well, finally I can share with you what I've been up to and celebrate a win all at the same time!!!
I've recently been training in Nashville, Tennessee (virtually, of course!) to become a certified?Storybrand?guide.
Storybrand?guides are some of the best marketers in the world. Best selling author Donald Miller developed the framework used in training. It is simple and highly effective, and I'm already working with my clients to create their brand scripts and one-liners. I'll?be using my new framework to help clients illuminate their marketing message, develop their one-liner/elevator pitch, wireframe websites and create sales funnels, all to help you attract your ideal clients and convert them into your cheerleaders.
And so with that, I encourage you to celebrate your WINS! It doesn't matter if it's big or small, just pat yourself on the back and acknowledge the achievement.?
