The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad is currently conducting a two-day auction for commercial plots, and one of the noteworthy transactions so far is the sale of the Sector H-9 Petrol Pump Plot, which fetched a price exceeding Rs 3 billion. On the inaugural day of the auction, a total of five plots were successfully sold, resulting in a remarkable revenue of Rs 4.075 billion. With six plots auctioned off thus far, the cumulative earnings have reached an impressive Rs 8.10 billion.
