What an incredible event! A huge thank you to Elit Ben Basat Nuriel and Ira Oren from Google for delivering such a comprehensive and insightful session on how to effectively partner with Google Cloud, co-sell with them, and unlock the full value of these partnerships. A special shout-out to Mor Bikovsky, Serge Lazimi, Yarden Egozi and the other ISV panel members for their fantastic contributions to the discussion on Google Cloud partnerships. Hearing real-world experiences from the community added a whole new layer of insight to the conversation.



Meet the Cloud Person: Michael Zaitsev

How did you get started in the field?

For the past three years as Managing Director for Eastern Europe, I’ve fully recognized the critical importance of partnerships. When AppsFlyer made the strategic decision to focus on developing channel sales, I knew immediately this was the right path for me to pursue and grow alongside the company.

Can you share any success stories from the past year?

At the beginning of this year, we underwent a significant reorganization, and although we’re still in the early stages, it’s already clear how crucial channel selling is to our organization. It enables us to deliver greater value and provide multiple options for our clients. By leveraging cloud solutions, we can extend our offerings to various departments, accelerating their growth on a larger scale.

Can you describe a Challenge you are dealing with?

Such changes are challenging, especially for a company of our size. Even when one department understands the necessary adjustments, it’s crucial to foster collaboration and ensure everyone is on board. Finance, RevOrg, and Operations are key to our success, and often, you must take on the role of project manager to drive these changes. While it’s a significant challenge, it brings out the best in us as we work together to navigate and embrace these transitions, ultimately driving the company’s success.
