As 2024 draws to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey this year has been.

To my clients, collaborators and newsletter community, thank you for your trust, partnership, and belief in my work and message. Your commitment to creating meaningful change inspires everything I do, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside you and your organisations.

To my support crew – my Assistant Janella and the friends, family, and mentors who’ve been my sounding boards, cheerleaders, and steady hands – thank you. Your unwavering encouragement keeps me grounded and focused, and I wouldn’t be where I am without you.

This year has been full of growth and connection, marked by the launch of my book, Centred: How to Lead with Confidence in Times of Complex Change. This project has been a labour of love, and seeing it out in the world has been both humbling and exhilarating. It’s also just the beginning.

As we head into 2025, I’m energised to amplify this message through speaking engagements and leadership conversations. (If you’re planning events in 2025, let’s talk about how we can make them impactful together!)

As I take a break to rest and recharge over the holiday season (21 December to 5 January), I’ll also be dreaming up what’s next. I’m excited about the possibilities ahead and can’t wait to help more leaders navigate complexity with confidence and clarity.
