Each advisor brings their own expertise to our ecosystem. As well as companies - each one has its own request. Over the past 19 months, I've managed to standardize this expertise and requests into services with defined scopes and deliverables so companies can strengthen their processes and roll out initiatives.

I’m excited to share the latest additions to our service lineup (based on requests and brought expertise):

1. Key Account Expansion Planning

Identify growth and upsell opportunities within key accounts. Develop strategies for reaching additional stakeholders, regions, or business units to ensure sustainable account expansion. Invite domain experts in HealthCare, FinTech, IoT, and other fields to provide industry-specific insights.

2. Conference-Targeted Outbound

Roll out an outbound strategy for industry-specific conferences and roadshows. Identify key events, set up infrastructure and automation, and craft value offerings and communication strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.

3. Industry-Specific Market Research

Conduct thorough market research and CustDev to identify sub-segments and use cases within a specific industry. Provide actionable insights that guide service development, marketing, and sales efforts.

4. R&D Center Establishment outside Ukraine

Provide end-to-end guidance for setting up R&D centers, including decision-making on regional entry, market research, strategy development, and action planning. Includes governance, role definitions, and a first strategy team. (Covers LATAM, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Poland, and other regions).

5. Quality over quantity SEO development

Help implement a quality-over-quantity content approach to drive organic traffic with relevant MQLs.

6. Lead generation outsourcing

Use an external team for A/B testing and validation. Test new hypotheses, ICPs, offerings, and innovative approaches without the need to build an internal lead generation team.
