Wise Wednesdays
It's been a bustling few weeks here at Public Wise as we've proudly launched our Election Threat Index. This innovative tool aims to identify and examine election deniers in local election administration offices nationwide. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're thrilled to see the impact it’s already making. We continue to be inspired by the dedication of our team and partners in this endeavor.
Election Threat Index
It’s been a week since the Election Threat Index went live, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Organizations such as Contest Every Race are utilizing the tool to shape their 2024 candidate endorsements. The tool has been featured in USA Today and praised as the most comprehensive study to date of state and local public official election threats in battleground states. Our Political Director presented the research at the Generation Vote’s “Our Generation’s Electoral Justice Summit” in Arizona, and just yesterday, we hosted a briefing for partner organizations to discuss the tool, its creation, and its effective usage.
If you haven't already, we encourage you to check out the Election Threat Index and share it with a friend! Public Wise is dedicated to ensuring our elections are fair, safe, and accurate, and the Election Threat Index is a valuable resource for holding local officials accountable.
