Episode 1 : Wisdom Drop 1. Unconditional acceptance :
"Mom is different from dad ..is different from bro.. is different form neighbour- I accept all - as they are - all pooches do !"
Do we do that with our team members - peers. collaeagues? Think about it. Dont we compare .. why is A not like B , why cant C not do stuff like D, why is E's output low compared to F... G is emotional , H is stupid, I is snobbish, J is eccentric... URGHHH.. judgements after judgements , and whoz the loser in the end ?
What if we just accepted each one as they were , without passing judgements and learn the art of putting the right man on the right task , match passion with profile, match perosnality with productivity ! Imagine what great teams we could end up with ? !
My pooch taught me this. So does every pooch! Hoomans, wake up ! Learn from us!
