“Since you disregard all my advice and do not accept my rebuke, I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you.” — Proverbs 1:25–26
Grace and peace to you, my dear followers and viewers, from the Almighty God, who is our father, and His beloved son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
I am yours truly, Minister Michael Rey, who is sent from Christ Jesus by the will of God, to share the good news with His chosen people.
Welcome to “Speak Now Ministries”.
The purpose of “Speak Now Ministries” is to speak the truth and expose ungodly people through biblical principles.”
It is a divine honor and privilege to share with you today the importance of not rebuking wisdom.
Centuries before we were born, God himself sent out his prophets to warn His people to follow the commandments given. As a result, the Israelites turned away from God’s ways and chose to live a simple life, which means being complacent and dwelling in evil schemes.
For those who disregard the advice and instructions given to God, do not rebuke them. Proverbs 1:27–28, tells you the consequences of rebuking God’s wisdom.
“When calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelms you. Then they will call to me but I will not answer; they will look for me but will not find me.”
This is what happened when God left the Israelites when they did evil doings in His sight years after He delivered them from slavery in Egypt and put them in the “Promised Land”.
The same thing continues in our world today. In this case, it is modernized for everyone to follow and imitate as a norm. Now more than ever, it is very imperative to lean on God’s word and ask for wisdom so you can follow his instructions.
We can’t any longer live in complacency and expect opportunities to come knocking on our door with help from our loved ones or friends all the time.
