This time of year for holiday expectations - family gatherings - end of the year business pressures - and Facebook life comparisons...

Our perspectives can be askew...

Take a moment and ensure your compass is pointed to your north star ... focused on the right celebrations this season with the right people - and your life goals and expectations are in sync...

And for some who are burned out in your professional life - it is a good time to ask is your vocation and your advocation aligned?

As one of my favorite story tellers Don Davis asks “are you tuning or are you playing” ... this is a great question for you to contemplate. Do you feel like you are just spinning your wheels - letting your schedule control you. One of the best ways to ensure you are "playing" is to have perspective.

I would encourage you to end 2019 and begin 2020 with perspective!
