Wisdom on the Trail for Cabin Crew Aspirants

Dear Future Cabin Crew,
I'm an avid hiker, and have climbed countless mountains, usually in the company of fellow hikers. It's common for us to warn those behind us about loose rocks, thorny plants or slippery trail sections. We look after each other, sparing others pain and injuries.
In my profession, business and classes, I'm sometimes puzzled when coaching someone who is indifferent. I've made lots of "valuable" mistakes personally and professionally that they don't have to learn the hard way! Instead of being forewarned, they insist on risking stumbling on career and life equivalents of loose rocks, nasty thorns, and slippery terrain.
While some leaders and colleagues may not care about your welfare, there are a precious few who genuinely want the best for you. Keep your eyes peeled for them! Hang around them! Their guidance and wisdom are as valuable and essential as your formal education!
I pray for your success!
Jojit
