The Wisconsin Trek

Do you travel for work?? Do you like setting off on adventures throughout your state and meeting new people?

I do.? Last week started in Neenah / Appleton and ended in Sturgeon Bay – with stops during the week in Rock County / Janesville, Green Bay, Plymouth and right here in Milwaukee.? This week started with visiting our friends in the City of Sun Prairie.

Even if it was a 4:00 am alarm on Saturday morning to make it to Sturgeon Bay for a client strategy and planning session starting at 8.? The ride allowed me time to settle in and think well about the conversation ahead.

This week I made a path across the state going in every direction and sometimes the same path more than once for different clients.

What was behind all these travels?? Companies elevating their people and culture through focusing on well-being, strategy & planning, talent optimization, performance coaching and belonging…? The miles led to learnings for participants and actions for leadership to wrap up 2024 for a strong start to 2025.

We travel wherever our clients live, work and elevate organizational culture…? When and where are in their hands while we support and guide on the why and how…

And now this week I get to pause, breathe, re-charge and pass the baton to the rest of the humanworks8 team as they head to the Wisconsin Dells for the WISHRM 24 conference.? Are you going??
