Job Description :
?Expert level knowledge of Routing & Switching.
?Candidate with good troubleshooting Skills.
?Good Understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, X-VPN.
?Knowledge on SDWAN Products: Cisco Viptela or VMware SDWAN or SDWAN Fortinet or Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN or any relevant vendor.
?Providing in-depth technical support to customers through monitoring, localization, and remote repair.
?Perform quality checks on customer equipment to ensure all configurations meet required compliance standards as well as both customer and company security policies
?Candidate with CCNA certification will be preferred?
?Candidate with good communication skills required?
?Candidate should ready to work in 24/7 shift.
