Job Description:

To work on Private Equity Fund Operations such as Fund / Financial Accounting

Book Keeping, Journal Posting, Preparation of Financial Statements.

Management Fee Carried Interest and Expense Calculation & Posting. Capital Calls

Preparation of Capital Call memos, LC Opening, Follow Up with LPs for funding Distribution –

Preparation of Distribution working, LP Memo Preparation, Fund Transfer Wire preparation, Repayment of LCs

Reconciliation – Cash Reconciliation, Cash Tracking, Posting Entries, Cash reporting. Tracking of Capital

Transactions., Valuation – Valuation of Portfolio Investments.

Collection Officer with Polish – Europe

Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;

PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel, MS Word, PPT and exposure to ERP;

Proficiency in English and good level of Polish;

Good domain knowledge;

Previous work experience in BAAR / GL / RTR is an advantage.

Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Associate – Content Moderation / Content Reviewer

This job entails, requiring watching, reading, hearing of contents which are graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious nature, and take appropriate actions on the video based on the defined policies and attend meetings with clients to understand the policies and the impact of violation on end users. Seeking candidates who are psychologically resilient who are willing to be the Guardians of the Internet.
