Winter Travels - Zhang Jian Ping
A winter scene evokes many pleasant memories. Of the falling snow, frozen lakes and beautiful expanse of bright whiteness all around. Here, a group of people are headed somewhere but the artist has taken the destination out of view. He leaves it to us to interpret the possible destination. Many of the passengers look animated, whereas the driver has a serious countenance. Perhaps, he is worried about the journey ahead?
#Artist Zhang Jian Ping (b. 1955) in Chang Chun City, he was sent to serve in the villages in an educated youth team in 1974; Jiang Ping had taken time to create his #art pieces in his free hours during the mission.
