??? I have to enter a caveat here. And a very important one at that. If you haven't acknowledged what has been stopping you from fulfilling your dreams and wishes, until now, you must first help those parts of you shift their focus.

What do you mean by that? I mean – your survival mechanisms might feel scared, unwanted, unworthy, distrusting etc, and therefore those assumptions are activated because that is how you survived as a child. This is not addressed enough when it comes to affirmations, vision boards, setting intentions etc. and this is the no 1 reason why they don't work aka, don't come to fruition most of the time.

?? Therefore, if you have experienced difficulties manifesting your wishes – start here!

Include healing and reconciliation of your inner children in your visions, dreams, and images for the coming year. Honour your survival strategies and be grateful towards them. They've kept you alive to this very day and they will always work in your favour as long as you reach out to them lovingly and stop beating yourself (them) over the head and saying mean things to yourself.

In other words, they are NOT to be forgiven, because they've done nothing wrong but everything right!

It's just that they got stuck in the old ways because that was the best, safest and most reliable way to survive at that time.

They are to be thanked and loved!
