Amla- also known as Indian gooseberries, is power packed with vitamin C and also has several health benefits including heart-health benefits and is rich in anti-oxidants.
This Indian gooseberry is also used in herbal medicines, as the whole plant, including leaves, seeds and fruit have various health benefits.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF AMLA
·ANTI-AGING PROPERTIES: As amla is rich in vitamin C, it has some anti-aging benefits, vitamin C is an anti-oxidant that helps repair the cellular damage and protect it from the free radicals to enter your body.
? SKIN: Amla may help prevent the breakdown of collagen, which is a protein matrix that builds flexibility and firmness in your skin.
? HAIR: Studies show that consuming a good amount of amla can inhibit the growth of enzyme that causes hair loss in both men and women.
